Spinning is a group exercise class on specially designed stationary bikes. The intensity of the workout is regulated by the amount of resistance you apply to the flywheel of the Spin Bike. Spin classes are led by trained instructors who guide you through your ride. This class is set to music and you are in control of your ride - setting your pace and achieving your goals. Spinning is non-competitive and is approprate for all fitness levels.
If you are new to Spinning we encourage you to take one of the:
Spinning Orientation classes offered monthly.
Essex: First Wednesday of the month at 7:00PM.
South Burlington: Second Monday of the month at 10:30AM.
Williston: Third Saturday of the month at 10:15AM.
