The Sports and Fitness Edge is determined to provide our members with challenging fitness programs to increase the quality and longevity of their daily lives. We will strive to strengthen members lives physically, mentally and socially, throughout our club facilities as well as organizing extracurricular activities to compliment the healthy lifestyle of our fastest growing membership population.
