Ashtanga
Ashtanga yoga is a challenging and flowing form of Hatha Yoga, which brings the body, mind and spirit into perfect alignement and function. The Ashtanga practice combines breath control, isometrics, focused gazing, and an uninterrupted sequence of postures into a moving meditation, enhancing self awareness and concentration.
Easy Does It Yoga
A comfortable blend of classic and restorative yoga postures for those who wish to gain flexibility, calm their minds and find relaxation using props for support.
Fitness Yoga
Connecting movements taught in a fitness format. Non-meditative with an emphasis on strength.
Gentle Yoga
An opportunity to create unity, oneness and connection allowing us to explore ways to become aligned, balanced and centered. Very relaxing. Good for everyone.
Hatha Yoga - A gentle inward experience. Centering pranayama and safe techniques are taught to meditational music releasing stress and quieting the mind. A great place to start.
Hatha Blend
A moderately paced class. An eclectic mix of several Hatha yoga styles that will appeal to all levels. Beginners will find easy to follow instructions and modifications. Advanced students will find fresh inspiration in their practice by experiencing postures and breathwork in a new light. Each session will include asana, pranayama, and beginning meditation techniques.
Iyengar Yoga
Develop grace, poise and a calm awareness of the body. Iyengar yoga increases overall balance and flexibility using props for greater range of motion. All are welcome.
Iyengar Variations
Concentration on technique during postures. Attention draws inward to improve technique, form and breathing in a unique variation of traditional Iyengar yoga.
Kundalini
Utilize exercise, breath work and sound currents to help you excel to your highest potential. Balance mind, body and spirit.
Meditation - Provides an introduction to several methods of meditation. Personal time allowed. Open to everyone.
Powerflow
Explore ways to develop your flexibility and balance through poses and breathing. Connect the mind , body ad soul in this POWERFUL class.
Sivananada Yoga
Yoga for the body, mind and soul Includes pranayana (science of breath), all of the asanas (postures), relaxation and meditation.
Stress Reduction
Start with a fairly vigorous practice to work out the kinks, then slow things down to stretch and relax! All levels.
Vinyasa Flow
An eclectic blend of a variety of yoga traditions. Flexibility in the body promotes flexibility in the mind. Breath by breath and movement by movement we become fully present in the moment.
Yoga
Listing indicates an instructor choice class. Class may be modified dependant on attendees.
Yoga Ball
Improve strength, flexibility and core awareness with this multi-level class. Excellent for all fitness levels.
Yogafit
An eclectic blend of traiditional hatha yoga poses drawn from Iyengar, Astanga, Vinyasa and Viniyoga practices designed to be accessible, understandable and performed by any fitness level.
Schedules are subject to change and are posted monthly on the 25th of each month. Classes are 1 hour unless otherwise noted. Classes may be cancelled if there are less than 3 participants.
